Shipping & Returns

Delivery Information:

We select the most appropriate carrier depending on size, weight, and value. Many small items will go by first class post. Larger Items will go via Courier. Most items will require a signature on delivery. Get your order sent to your work address if you're going to be out!

All goods that are in stock will be shipped within 48 hours. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery. Airlive products can take 5 - 10 working days for delivery.

Please ensure someone is available to sign for your package. Any changes to the shipping address of an order AFTER the order has been shipped will result in additional charges.

Return or exchange an item:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund on receipt of the goods, or exchange the item for a different product if you prefer. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and obtain a proof of posting.

Faulty or wrong item:

Although all items are checked thoroughly before dispatch, if the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please contact us quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
In most cases your best course of action with faulty products is to contact the Manufacturer directly.

Distance selling regulations:

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Freedom Wireless, for a full refund. If the goods have already been dispatched to you and you have cancelled your order, the goods should be returned to the above address, in their original condition, within 14 days of receipt and our standard policies will apply. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and obtain a proof of posting.

Gift Vouchers and Promotional Codes:

If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
