OUR STANDARD TERMS AND
CONDITIONS
1. QUOTATION VALIDITY Any proposal/Quote shall
remain valid for 7 days. Should an order be received
after this period, we reserve the right to review our
offer in whole or in part. All quotations are subject to
a site survey by one of our qualified engineers.
2. CALL CHARGES Freedom Wireless will not
accept liability for any call costs incurred as a result
of faulty hardware, software applications, Operating
Systems or third party intervention.
3. V.A.T. All prices quoted are exclusive of
VAT, which will be charged at 17.5%.
4. DELIVERY TIME Our normal installation date
can be expected within one to two weeks after receipt of
order. This delivery time however may vary depending
upon Network Service Providers' time scales, Stock
levels and engineer availability.
5. NETWORK PROVISION The responsibility for
provision of exchange lines is not part of this proposal
or any subsequent order or contract. Connection to any
Public Network will be a separate written contract
between you and the Network Service Provider. Any call
costs associated with connecting to your preferred
network provider are not the responsibility of Freedom Wireless. Freedom Wireless is not responsible
for any revenues derived from the use of this equipment.
If your network provider is not able to fulfill their
contract within their specified time scale, and this
directly causes our engineers to spend more time on the
installation, then our further costs will be charged on
to you. It will then be your responsibility to claim
damages from your network provider.
6. PAYMENT TERMS We have different payment terms for our Wireless
Home, Wireless Business and Wireless Education. We
accept Cash, Cheque, and Major Credit and Debit Cards.
Wireless Home: Full
payment on completion of installation paid to
engineer when you are completely satisfied. Cards are
accepted.
Wireless Business: A
deposit of 50% is required before work commences. After
work is complete a term of NET 7 will be offered on the
remaining balance.
Wireless Education: Full
payment on completion of installation. After work is
complete a term of NET 7 will be offered on the
remaining balance.

7. TITLE OF EQUIPMENT Title of the equipment
shall pass to you when yourselves or the Leasing Company
have honoured full payment.
8. CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS Freedom Wireless
shall not be liable for any consequential loss
whatsoever and howsoever arising from defective
Equipment or delays or faults in installations.
9. MAINTENANCE Our normal class of service
operates Monday to Friday from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.
excluding Bank Holidays.
